According to IHS data, Samsung's revenue was 3.45 billion US dollars, accounting for 40.2% of the global market share, while accounting for 46.8%; although the market share has declined, compared to the second-ranked Japanese display company (JDI, market The share is 12.3% and the revenue is 1.6 billion US dollars. The lead is obvious.

Due to the recent increase in investment in flexible OLED display devices, the market share of China's display equipment manufacturer BOE increased from 6.5% in the first quarter of last year to 11.9% in the first quarter of this year.

In the first quarter of this year, Tianma ranked fourth with a market share of 8.1%; followed by Sharp and LG Display, with market shares of 8% and 7.8%, respectively. In the second quarter of this year, the market share of BOE and Pegasus is expected to increase to 15.2% and 11%, respectively, while Japan's market ranking will fall to fourth.

In the field of OLED display, Samsung continued to consolidate its leading position, with market share climbing to 86.5% in the first quarter, while BOE and LGD market share were 8.3% and 3%, respectively.

As the industry's demand for high-end displays will continue to increase, other display manufacturers will also accelerate the increase in OLED production. Global OLED shipments are expected to exceed 100 million in the second quarter of this year, and will reach 122 million in the third quarter.

An industry source who asked not to be named said: "The adoption of mobile OLED panels is growing rapidly due to the design and energy efficiency advantages of OLED displays."
